Meet the Elements Facilitators
These facilitators act as guides. They know the terrain. They’re experts in their discipline, brought in to guide rather than instruct. Their job is to help participants trust their instincts and move through each element with confidence. Together, these facilitators form an ecosystem. Different disciplines, shared language, and a steady hand at each stage of the process.
Soil : Carmen Ingerman
01
Carmen Ingerman is a sommelier and wine communicator who believes wine is a conduit for connection, not intimidation. She’s the founder of Wining With Carmen, showcasing sustainably made wines (and non‑alcoholic alternatives) in experiences that spark curiosity and confidence. With guided tastings and curated lists, Carmen helps people drink with intention, turning every glass into a story worth sharing.
Her work is grounded in story. Carmen champions wines from producers who care deeply about land, process, and integrity. She sees wine as a way to understand place, values, and choice, not just taste.
Being guided by Carmen feels steady and expansive. She meets people exactly where they are, helps them name their instincts, and builds confidence without pretense. You leave with clearer preferences, sharper awareness, and a sense that you know how to trust your own palate going forward.

Air : Helen McKeon
03
Helen McKeon works at the intersection of breath, brand, and human connection, using breathwork to create the mental spaciousness where authentic voice and clarity can surface. With a background spanning lululemon, Rivian, and ad agency work, she understands that results matter and believes the most resonant ideas are built when intuition is treated as a strategic asset, not a luxury. At the Elements of Brand workshop, Helen guides the Air module, helping participants connect to the quieter intelligence beneath the mind and unlock the clarity needed to build a process rooted in intuitive discovery.
Being guided by Helen feels grounding and clarifying. She helps participants quiet mental noise, reconnect to their internal signal, and articulate ideas with more ease and precision. The Air module gives participants access to a clearer channel for expression and a process they can return to long after the workshop ends.
